Please follow the following rules for submitting vector illustrations.

Quality Illustrations
You may not use free material from other websites.
Free material from other websites cannot be used. Even if you include only a part of the original material, it is prohibited to submit.
It is prohibited to use the works of other creators in photoAC and illustrAC. Once found, you may face the penalty of being removed from the registered membership.

- JPEG type data files
・File size: 10 MB or less
・Image size: Recommended for uploading images up to 1600 px wide × 1200 px high
・Color mode: RGB mode (* CMYK mode images will not be displayed properly)
File types other than GIF and JPEG cannot be uploaded (Changing the file name to jpg directly does not lift the upload restriction).
- AI or EPS type data files
・File size: 10 MB or less
・Image size: Unlimited.
・Color mode: CMYK or RGB mode (materials intended to be used as printed products can be submitted in CMYK mode)
Although it is not mandatory, we would like you to submit your files with the "Create PDF Compatible File" option checked if possible.
The AI and EPS data mentioned on the website of *illustAC refers to those vector-type data that can be opened in Adobe Illustrator.
(Adobe Illustrator is not allowed)
It is prohibited to use AI files obtained by copying and pasting JPEG or PNG images for submissions.

・File size: 10 MB or less
・Image size: 1600 px wide × 1200 px high is recommended for uploading images.
・Color mode: RGB mode (*CMYK mode images will not be displayed properly)
Please make sure that the background is transparent before submitting (PNG files that do not contain transparent parts cannot be submitted for review. (Please use only jpg and AI format files for textures)
Files other than PNG (e.g., GIF) cannot be uploaded (changing the file name to png directly does not lift the uploading restriction).

For creators
The following is a list of reasons why the illustrations you have submitted are not available for publication.
Contains content that is obscene, violent, or otherwise offensive to public order and morals
Pornographic, adult-oriented, adult-oriented, or violent content
Content related to racial discrimination or defamation of individuals, groups, or organizations
The content will be closed to the public if it is judged to be
Similar work has already been published.
As an illustrator, it is natural to publish more of your own work with less effort.
However, if many similar materials are displayed in the search results, it will be difficult for users to find the material they want, which will lead to a decrease in users.
For this reason, we limit the number of similar works, such as illustrations with different colors, to three to five.
Please note that we cannot respond to requests to "make this work public and this one private" after publication. Please understand that we cannot respond to requests to make this work public and this one private.
The work has not been tagged appropriately.
We will not publish your work if it is not properly tagged, for example, if it contains synonyms or words that are not directly related to the illustration.
Example.
Many tags for popular keywords are used without any relation to the content of the illustration.

Inputting tags that are not directly related to the illustration
→ The point is whether or not the user can associate the tag with the illustration when they see it.
NG example: Seasonal tags such as "winter" and "summer" in texture images → People searching for the keyword "winter" are looking for winter-like illustrations, not general-purpose texture images.
Entering tags in English, hiragana, etc.
For example, "dog" or "dog" for a dog illustration → "dog" alone is fine.
Input of synonyms
NG example: female, woman, girl, etc. for an illustration of a woman → only one of these words is acceptable.

Include your own creator name and your own organizational tags.

For illustrations that can be posted as New Year's cards, please select "New Year's Cards". Please select "New Year's card" for illustrations that can be posted as New Year's cards. (Do not select "Postcard.")
Please do not select "postcards.
Please do not put your own credit (your signature in the illustration) in the illustrations you submit.
Also, illustrations that may infringe on portrait rights, such as portraits of celebrities, will be hidden for this reason.
Trademarked items are included.
If the illustration contains a registered trademark or something similar, it will not be displayed for this reason.
Examples: Red Cross mark, Tower of the Sun, manufacturer's logo, brand logo, brand name, a car with manufacturer's identification, existing character, etc.
However, while we are aware of the typical ones in our screening process, we are not aware of all registered trademarks.
If the rights holder contacts you after the illustration have been published and found out, you will be responsible for everything.
It is not suitable as an illustration material.
If the background of the illustration is too dark or it is judged to be unsuitable for use as an illustration material, it will not be published.
The data is incomplete.
There is a mistake in the English notation in the illustration.
The illustration is cut off in the middle, or the direction of the image is wrong.
The illustration is cut off in the middle, or the image is not oriented correctly.
There is dirt or debris in the margins outside the illustration, or the frame is dirty.
In such cases, your work will not be published for this reason.
If the file is incomplete after publication, it will also be closed for this reason.
Other reasons
Other reasons that do not apply to the above but are judged to be appropriate for non-disclosure.
If your illustration is not made public by the judges, please correct the relevant part of the reason for non-disclosure and resubmit your illustration.
Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries regarding the results of the judging of individual works or the reasons they were not made public.
Please understand that the results of the judging process may differ from your own subjective opinion of your work.
